Actually Is
It is the top tier of a self-serve product, not a separate bespoke platform. You get the same software every other coach uses, with the client limit removed and unlimited trainers on the account.
FitFloww is built and run by one person. That means support reaches whoever wrote the code, and it also means there is no implementation team, no account manager, and no capacity to build custom features on request. If you are weighing us against a vendor with a solutions engineering department, that difference is the whole decision.
Good fit
A studio or coaching team at one site, with a large roster and several trainers sharing one system.
Poor fit
A multi-site chain needing consolidated reporting, SSO, an API, or data held in a specific region.
What we do not offer
Listed here rather than discovered in your security review.
No multi-location hierarchy
There is no corporate-over-region-over-site structure, no cross-location reporting, and no way to push pricing or programming to many sites at once. FitFloww models one business with many clients and trainers, not a franchise tree.
No public API, webhooks, or warehouse export
There is no REST or GraphQL API for customers, no outbound webhooks, and no connector to Snowflake, BigQuery, or an ERP. Data leaves as an export we generate on request.
No regional data residency
The service runs in the United States on US-based processors. We cannot keep your data inside the EU, UK, or GCC today. Our transfer safeguards are set out in the Privacy Policy.

- FitFloww is not HIPAA certified and does not sign Business Associate Agreements.
- Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are readable by our database administrators.
- Multi-factor authentication is not yet available.
- Single sign-on (SAML/OIDC) is not yet available.

What You Get

The Enterprise tier removes the client cap entirely and lets you add as many trainers to the account as you need. It is $249/month, or $2,390/year. There is no minimum term, no onboarding fee, and no sales call required — you can start it yourself from the pricing page.
AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, row-level database policies, session tokens held in HttpOnly cookies, and card details handled by Stripe rather than stored by us. We are not SOC 2 or HIPAA audited, and we will tell you exactly what is and is not in place during procurement.
Access is controlled by role, with row-level policies in the database so one account cannot read another's records, and each client sees only their own portal. Single sign-on via SAML or OIDC, and multi-factor authentication, are not available today — if your procurement process requires either, tell us before you commit.
Ask us and we will send a machine-readable export of your account within 30 days, as our Data Processing Agreement commits us to. This is handled by a person rather than a self-service button, and there is no public API, no GraphQL endpoint, and no outbound webhooks — if your integration plan depends on those, this is not the right platform yet.
FitFloww is run by a sole proprietor, so support email reaches the person who writes the code, not a tier-one queue. Support is email, during business hours. There is no 24/7 phone line, no assigned account manager, and no contractual response time unless we agree one with you in writing.
Moving from a spreadsheet, Trainerize, Mindbody, or TrueCoach? We will help you map and import client records, programmes, and history. This is hands-on work we do with you rather than an automated importer, so tell us your volume and format early and we will be honest about what is feasible.
