Fitness Assessment Quiz
Discover your current fitness level and get personalized recommendations
Whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience, the same eight questions apply — your answers determine the level and recommendations you receive.
What this assessment measures
The 8 questions cover four areas that shape your results: how often you currently train and what's driving that (or holding it back), recovery basics like sleep and stress management, how consistent your nutrition habits are, and how much structure or professional guidance you're currently getting.
Your answers are scored out of 100% and sorted into one of four levels — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert — each with its own recommendations and next steps. It takes about 2 minutes to complete.
Why start with a baseline
It's hard to know whether a training plan is actually working without a starting point to compare against. This assessment gives you that starting point: a snapshot of where your training frequency, recovery habits, and nutrition consistency stand today, before you commit to a program.
Retaking the assessment every few months can show whether the changes you're making — more consistent workouts, better sleep, tighter nutrition — are actually moving the needle, rather than relying on how you feel in the moment.
What you'll get at the end
Your responses are sorted into one of four levels — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert — based on how you answered questions about training frequency, energy, nutrition, sleep, stress, and coaching experience. Each level comes with its own set of recommendations, written for where you are right now instead of a generic list.
Alongside the recommendations, you'll get a short list of next steps — concrete actions like scheduling a consultation or setting up a workout schedule — so the results turn into something you can act on the same day.
